Everyone experiences sticky thoughts. No matter how hard we try to shake them off, they stick to us like glue.

Some have tried tooth and nail to get rid of them, to no avail. They won't leave, affecting our sleep.

Even after a long, hard day, we cannot get the shut-eye because of all these annoying thoughts. The result? Decreased energy and vitality the next day.
