How to conduct critical but difficult conversations

I'm sure many of you have felt under pressure at some point or another. Just like many others, you may have experienced wanting to share an insight or opinion but are unable to express what it is you want to say.


What about times when you wished you hadn’t said anything? You think to yourself, “How I wish I could take back what I just said!”

Both instances can be a result of finding oneself in difficult conversations. There’s no way for us to escape difficult conversations. They are a part of life. But there’s something that we can do about them.

You can still be at your best. You can worm your way out the hole as long as you know what to do and what to say. And how to breathe.

Breathe? Yes, you heard that right.

In my latest vlog, I will be talking about a certain technique. This technique will require your utmost focus and diligence. You need some time to practice it.

The reason behind this is that it’s a technique NOT meant to use for the actual moment of conversation. It’s a way for you to prepare.


It's an advanced method of preparing to converse. It's a way for you to level up your communication skill so that you can manage and win over tough conversations or people who may otherwise be hard to please and persuade.

Conversations are not just saying what you think and feel. They are a means for you to achieve something: winning people over to your side, convincing them to take action, etc.

When engaging in tough conversations, it’s much more than what you say. There are many factors involved: physical, emotional, and even logical.
