About
Steven Kuo
Steven Kuo is an Executive Warrior Coach for transformational leaders who desire to make meaningful, lasting positive impacts in business, the world, and their family.
Growing up as an immigrant in Australia, Steven struggled through racism, weight issues, and business failures. But he was fortunate to meet many mentors who helped him believe in himself again and supported him through difficult times.
These mentors believed in him more than he would ever believe in himself. They encouraged him to not give up but to continue to prepare for greatness. Drawing on their encouragement, Steven saved whatever money he had and invested in travelling worldwide to learn from the best experts to help him overcome his personal limitations.
15 years, over 44k miles, and $82K later, Steven was able to break free from his struggles. He not only quadruple his business in 18 months and married the woman of his dreams, he believed in dreams again.
His mentors inspired him to give that same gift of faith he received to anyone who needs encouragement and inspiration on their potential to succeed.
Today, Steven helps transform leadership and organisations worldwide to uncover their full potential and thrive in the Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous world we live in. From small business all the way to fortune 500 organisations.
Whatever your struggles are in achieving your full potential, Steven can help you believe again. He will partner with you to make your own breakthroughs through executive/leadership coaching, speaking engagements, training, transformational offsites, and mentoring.
My Origin Story
My Journey to gaining abnormal Effectiveness, Vitality and Mindset
Fat bullied Asian kid learning to survive in a foreign land through learning resourcefulness.
How did I overcame my body weight issues, racist bullying, and poverty to live my best life?
“You'd got to be crazy!”
“Drug dealer.”
“Health Nut.”
I’ve been called all of the above at one time or another in my lifelong pursuit of effectiveness, vitality, and warrior mindset. My friends, colleagues, business partners think I was crazy as I push the boundaries of human potential.
The inevitable question they have for me is always… "Why do you do that to yourself?"
“Why do you put $12,000 on credit card to go to a personal development course? Are you crazy? You're being scammed big time...”
“Why do you eat one meal a day? You are going to shrivel away….”
“Hey drug dealer! Why do you take all those pills?”
I still dread that scram I heard on that fateful day. The day I remembered my mum saying a pig screams like a man before slaughter. The day I saw the beheading of Nicholas Berg, the first man killed on live video.
My desire to prove that I have the technical prowess to download banned material instantly turned into regret. Days went by, and I was a zombie… I was numb.
I had the face the reality of death that one day, I will come face to face with death itself and I don’t know if I am ready to think about dying when I’m only in my 20s.
I was then a successful, highly paid, software engineering working at Australia largest banks and institutions. I have my trophy girlfriend, and my life is full of positivity. And yet, seeing the termination of another human being in front of my eyes, hearing his pig-like scream. Death is a reality that I must face, something I must deal.
I asked myself if that was me, will I be ready to die? Will I be ready to meet my God and be able to say I have lived? Have I fought the good fight? Have I kept my faith? Have I used my talent?
It took me months to come to terms with my mortality, death is real, and is something I must accept. If I must die, then I want to have lived my life to the full.
I made the following three commitments to myself, from now:
Then when it’s time to face death, I can tell God, I am ready, I have fought the good fight, I have run the race, I have used my talent, I have made a positive difference.
Upon that decision, I poured my heart and soul into the relentless pursuit of human potential development, health, and success mindset.
I resumed my Warrior Art training, reinforcing not just my warrior skills, but the Warrior Mindset for resilience, courage, strength and mental toughness.
I surrounded myself with the best people on the subject of health and vitality, and challenged myself beyond what people consider normal. I don’t want to be normal; I want to be extranormal, I want to make an extraordinary positive difference this world.
After investing over $166,000 in personal experimentation, learning, and once even accidently putting myself into severe hypothermia in an ice-bath, I achieved a level of personal effectiveness, vitality, and mindset strength that I never thought was possible.
Today, I live an extraordinary life!
I get to command a minimum of $110,000 in fees for organisations to learn about what I know, and tripled my business profit within 18 months.
I can walk around looking like a professional athlete working out one hour per week and no longer suffer from the afternoon energy crashes and brain fog that used to plague me.
I have amazing family, wonderful children, fulfilling coaching work, and amazing mental clarity and vitality, and I feel completely fulfilled every day.
I can't wait to share with you what I know about creating endless energy, focus, and wisdom to help accelerate your success.
